Wall-mounted console with a winged grotesque figure
A wall-mounted console with a carved support in the form of a winged grotesque figure, crafted from wood with a bronze-toned finish. The distinctive facial expression, spread wings, and gracefully draped "tail" lend the piece a theatrical, almost surreal appearance typical of 19th-century European decorative arts.
