Process
The client should not have to chase the market alone.
Patria turns a private brief into an operational search: sources, comparison, preliminary checks, negotiation, documents and delivery. If a fact is not verified, it is stated.
Private briefWe define the object, budget, timing, document constraints and required level of confidentiality.
Targeted searchWe check auctions, antiquarian booksellers, dealers, private collections and non-public channels.
EvaluationWe compare condition, provenance, asking price, rarity and available alternatives.
AcquisitionWe support negotiation, documents, operational payment and logistics without exposing the client.
VIP personal sourcing
The client indicates what they are looking for, budget and deadline. The team checks public and private availability, prepares shortlists, flags risks and accompanies acquisition only when the essentials are clear.
